Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Please contact us before returning your item.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement, we are happy to arrange an exchange within the 7-day period.

 

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
If the return or exchange is not due to our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Examples include:
• Change of mind
• Ordered the wrong size
• Ordered the wrong item

 

Our Mistake or Defective Items
If we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

 

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Please contact us if unsure.

 

Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
